The objective of this research is to analyze the influences of simultaneous occurrences of ENSO and PDO and ENSO and AMO on the levels of the São Francisco River. The data daily levels of river used were obtained through the National Water Agency. Levels were analyzed in four sub-basins of the São Francisco River. The data period is from 1938 to 2010. In El Niño years ago increased levels in the Alto São Francisco and increase more when in the same phase of the PDO. The basin hydrographic benefits from the simultaneous occurrence of El Niño and AMO negative, since the former promotes increased rainfall in the headwater of the river and the second increase in rainfall in the NEB.
