1.SPF環 境下で維持 しているクローズ ドコロニー 1)Line-M 1966年 、小松種鶏場 より導入 した白色 レグホン種 を 起源 とし、当所において確立 したクローズ ドコロニー である。バ リヤーシステムの建物内で維持 されている (上田、1982)。 本系はニワ トリの種 々の疾病研究用、 動物およびヒ トの種 々のワクチ ン製造用あるいは検定 用動物 として用い られている。標識遺伝子 として特別 に固定 しているものはない。 2)WL-M/O系 Line-Mよ り1975年 に分離確立 した クロー ズ ドコロ ニーで、ニワ トリ白血病 ウイルスのgs(group specific) 抗原が陰性、chf (chick helper factor)活 性が陰性で白 血病 ウイルスのサブグループ(A~E)の すべてに感受 性(C/O)の 系統である。その他の標識遺伝子 としては 特別 に固定 されている もの はない。Line-Mと 同様、 バ リヤーシステムの建物内で維持 されている。
