電気泳動法 によ り検 出されるタンパ ク質や酵素の遺伝 的多型 については,す でに多 くの報告が あ り,そ の遺伝 様式 も明 らかにされている ものが多い。 これ らは品種, 系統 の特性 や分化 または親子鑑別,登 録事業 に広 く用い られている。 ウズラの赤血球酵素 につ いて もManwell & Baker (1969),Juneja & Wilhelmsson(1975), Lucotte & Kaminski(1975),木 村&磯 貝(1975), 渡辺 ら(1977)お よび橋 口ら(1980)な どの報告がある。 検出 に用 いられている方法 は,特 に赤血球酵素の遺伝 的 多型 では澱粉 ゲル電気泳動法 によるものがほ とん どであ り,各 々の酵素 は組成の異 なる緩衝液系 を用いて検 出 さ れた ものが多 い。 しか し,蛋 白多型や アイソザイム座位 を用 いた品種分化や,系 統の スクリーニ ングまたは連鎖 の検討 には,多 座位 について多数の検体 を処理 しなけれ ばならない ため,各 々の酵素 について異 なる検 出方法 を 用い ていると不便であ る。 本研究で は,ウ ズ ラの赤血球酵素について,同 一の緩 衝液系で,複 数の酵素 を同時 に簡便 でかつ迅速に多数 の 検体 を処理で きる方法 をアガロースゲルを用い検討 した。
