Teaching Methods Indications for Education and Training of Sport Skills

This work, starting from the theories of the movement, wants to provide applicative methodological guidance on the\udunderstanding of the task, the importance of the variability, the revaluation of the error and of the extrinsic feedback. This last\udcertainly one of the most important aspects about the problems of motor control and then learning the technical skills and\udsports.
