Exact Traveling Wave Solutions For Nonlinear Dynamics of micro tubules - A New Model and The Kundu- Eckhaus Equation

In this paper, we employ the exp(−φ(ξ ))-expansion method to find the exact traveling wave solutions involving parameters of nonlinear dynamics of micro tubules A new model and the KunduEckhaus equation. An attempt has been made to show the capabilities and wide-range applications of the exp(−φ(ξ ))-expansion method. Some obtained solutions have also been compared and verified with the exact solutions in open literature. More importantly, other new and more general solutions for some above equations are also presented. These solutions may be seminal of significance for the explanation of some physical, biological and engineering problems. It is shown that the proposed method provides a more powerful mathematical tool for constructing exact traveling wave solutions for many other nonlinear evolution equations.
