大 腸癌 患者 に おけ るCEA・IAPの 陽 性率 と臨 床病 理所 見 との 関連,CEA・IAP値 と予 後 との関 連, IAPの 免疫 能 パ ラ メー ター と して の意義 を検 討 した.CEAは57.3%(73/127)IAPは52.0%(66/127) が陽 性で いず れか が陽 性 の ものは78.7%(100/127)で あ り,他 の消 化器 癌 に比 べて も,高 い値 で あ っ た.CEAは 腫瘍 径,進 行度,H,n,ly,v因 子 に,IAPは 腫瘍 径,H因 子 に陽 性率 との 間に有 意 な関 連 を認め た.CEA:5ng/mlを 超 える症例 はそれ 以下 の症 例 に対 し,術 後512日 以降 の生存 率 が有意 に 低 下 していた. IAPはB細 胞(%)と 負 の相 関 関係 を認 めた. CEA・IAP両 者 の測 定 は,癌 の存 在診 断 と生特 学的 悪性 度 の指標 と して,ま た生体 の病 態把 握 の面 か らも臨床 的 に意 義深 い と考 えた.
