I. はじ3うに 近年大腸痛症例は増加の一方にあるが,各 種臓器癌 の診断技術の向上や治療成績の向上にともなって,長 年月を経て再度発生する。異時性大腸癌もみられるよ うになってきた。 今回われわれはこの19年間に3回 大腸癌を発生し, 3回 とも切除しえた症例を経験したので,若 子の文献 的考察を加えて報告する。 II.症 例 症例 :52歳,男 性. 主訴 :左下腹部腫瘤. 既応歴 :昭和25年虫垂炎にて虫垂切除術施行。昭和 39年 2月 25日,盲腸癌にて上行結腸回盲部切除術施行. 昭和48年12月11日,横 行結腸癌にて横行結腸切除術施 行. 家族歴 :8人 兄弟の長兄が73歳で直腸癌の手術をう けているほか,両 親同胞に癌の既応なし. 現病歴 :昭和58年 7月 ごろより下腹部膨満感があっ た。下血はなかったが便秘傾向が持続し, 8月 になり 左下腹部に腫瘤を自覚し当科受診した。注腸造影にて S状 結腸癌と診断され,9月 12日手術目的で入院した。
