Sex cord-stromal tumors account for approximately 7%\udof all primary ovarian tumors. Sertoli-Leydig Cell Tumors\udand Granulosa cell tumors are subtype of sex cord stromal\udtumor of the ovary. Sertoli-Leydig Cell Tumors account\udfor less than 0.2-0.5% of all primary ovarian neoplasms.\udGranulosa cell tumors account for 3-5% of all\udprimary ovarian neoplasms. Mixed subtype of sex cord\udstromal tumors are very rare a condition. Very few case\udreports have been documented in the literature so far.\udDespite the rather large lesion at the time of diagnosis\udin sex cord stromal tumors, 80-90% of patients will present\udat stage 1. A case of 21-year-old nullipar woman who\udpresented with a 2-month history of a pelvic pain, menorrhagia,\udrapidly increasing abdominal distention, and alopecia.\udPelvic ultrasonography and magnetic resonance\udimaging revealed 175x170x93 mm septal cystic mass in\udthe left ovary. The patient underwent left unilateral salpingoophorectomy\udbecause of huge septal cystic mass and\udfertility preserving surgery. In histopathological examination\udthese masses were evaluated as mixed (Granulosa\udcell/Sertoli-Leydig Cell Tumors) sex cord stromal tumor.\udThis case was chosen and reported due to its rarity and\udclinical properties
