患 者:■81歳 男性. 初 診:昭 和51年4月■. 主 訴:右 上顎歯 肉の腫脹. 家族歴:特 記事項 な し. 既往歴:高 血圧症にて10数 年前 よ り2~3年 前まで降 圧剤を服用 していた.右 下顎角部 に鶏 卵大 で弾性軟 の無 痛性の腫瘤を30数 年 前 よ り認めていたものの,大 きさに 変化を認めず放置 していた. 現病歴:昭 和51年3月 初め ごろ よ り,7~2部 歯 肉の 腫脹を覚 えるも,無 痛性のため放置 していたが,次 第 に その腫脹が増大す るので,同 年4月 ■,某 歯科医を受 診 した.そ こで同部歯肉の切開を受けたが排膿せず,本 院を紹介 され,4月 ■ 来院 した. 現 症:全 身所 見 としては,体 格は中等度,栄 養状態 は良好であ り,肝 ・脾の肥 大は認め られず,触 診可能な リンパ節 も認め られなか った.さ らに表1に 示す ごとく 血液 ・尿 の検査結果に異常 は認め られず,胸 部X線 写真 においても,大 動脈 弓部に硬 化像がみ られ るのみ で,特 表1 臨床検査成績
