歯科 口腔外科領域 では,歯 性 炎症 あ るいは炎症性の有 痛性疾患が多数を占めてい ることは衆知の事実であ る. そのために,抗 生物 質 と同時 に抗 炎症剤を使用す ること が多い.多 数あ る抗炎 症剤のなかで ステロイ ド系,非 ス テロイ ド系,酵 素製剤な ど,そ の 目的 と薬効 に よって実 地臨床で使いわけ られてい る.そ れ らの うち臨床上 の頻 度が多いものは,炎 症性疼痛に対す る鎮痛 消炎作用 を期 待する症例であつて,歯 性感染症,抜 歯を主 とす る小手 術々後などがそれで,抗 生物質 と非 ステ ロイ ド系 消炎剤 が併用投与され ることが多い.そ の使用法は疾患 の種類 にもよるが,期 日は比較的短時間で投与量は激痛緩解 の ため、かな り大量を服用す ることにな る.い ずれに して も,歯科 口腔外科での抗炎症剤 としては,疼 痛抑制が最 も望まれる作用であ る. 今回,わ れわれは,新 しぐ開発された抗炎症剤 のなか で,鎮痛効果が強い といわれてい る1609.R. P. (メチ ア ジン酸)に ついて,臨 床 治験を行 う機会を もち,若 干の 結論を得ることが出来たので ここに報告す る.
