On this chapter, we will briefly describe historic of the most common arboviruses like DENV, CHIKV, and ZIKV that Brazilian population is exposed, diagnosis and treatment used for these diseases. These infections caused by these three arboviruses are widely distributed on the national territory and have severe consequence to population in some cases. Without effective vaccine and specific treatment, the maintenance and integration of a continuous entomological and epidemiological surveillance are important so we can set methods to control and prevent these arboviruses in Brazil. We also presented the role Fiocruz, (Oswaldo Cruz Foundation, the most prominent institution of science and technology in health in Latin America) is development new methodologies to diagnosis and public health policies for the Country.
