The expectation of growth, personal development in society is one of the different stereotypes, paradigms for different generations. From educational training, the individual learns that they must develop skills to succeed in life and, for this, they must prepare, interact socially,, achieve outstanding professional performance. The Fifth Systemic Helix (Quinta Helice Sistemica [QHS] in Spanish) approach discussed in this chapter raises the activities developed in the different phases of the population, involving the phases of skills empowerment; Knowledge, skills,, attitudes. Which are developed at different levels of educational training, later the exercise of a profession, professional leadership in trade unions, associations,, business chambers. Until finally the process of sharing the experience of professional life with the new generations in the academic sector as a professor, as well as activities to advise public, private sector organizations, through systemic intervention models.
