This research aims at identifying relationship among Human resource management pratices (HRMP), job satisfaction and organizational commitment and food processing enterprise’s performance. The sample of the study will survey about 450 employees and managers in 135 enterprises. Reliability analysis (Cronbach's alpha), exploratory factor analysis (EFA), confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and Structure Equation Model were used were performed to analyze the relationship between impact concepts in the theoretical model. There are 6 components in scale of HRMP includes selection and training, appraisal, salary, compensations, job stability, Encourage participation and innovation. The results of the study showed that HRMP dicrectly positive influences to job sastification and organizational commitment and enterprisies performance. Although organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on business performance, job satisfaction negative influences to performance.
