The most interesting and urgent, but unsolved till now, problem in the theory of the dynamic systems of random structure is the synthesis problem for the optimum control of the structure selection in the sense of some known criterion on the basis of the information obtained from the meter. The classical results known in this direction [1] allow to solve the problem of the optimum control only by the system itself (or its specific structure), but not by the selection of the structure. In this connection the solution of the synthesis problem for the optimum selection control of the structure for the nonlinear stochastic system by the observations of the state vector under the most general assumptions on the character of the criterion applied for the selection optimality is of theoretical and practical interest. To solve the given problem we formulate it as follows.
