A global policy for environmental protection is needed and is under discussion. One of the effects of modern global policy for environmental protection includes the multitude of measurements that are part of the process of environment protection, including the estimation of greenhouse gas (GHG) emission. Global climate studies bring together an enormous range of sciences and for a sound model to be developed it is necessary that the data from all these areas be comparable.
