Bilateral anterior fracture-dislocations of humeral neck in a\udpatient with seizure are extremely rare. We describe a rare\udcase of a 33 -year-old Chinese gentleman who presented post\udseizure secondary to subdural gliosis, sequelae from a\udprevious subdural haematoma. Following physical\udexamination and radiographic assessment, including a\udComputed Tomography scan (CT scan), Rarely fracturedislocation\udof bilateral proximal humeri were diagnosed;\udsimilar fracture patterns were noted.
