吸収 スペク トルの測定方法お よび精製条件はほ とん ど 同 じであ り,各 操作後の油の色度は各図中に示す とお り である。 I. ナ タ ネ 油 試 料は九州産 ナタネ より抽 出法あるいは圧搾法に よ り 得 られ たものでつ ぎの ような特数を示 した。 酸価 ケ ン化価 ヨウ素価 不 ケン化物 抽 出油 1.85 172.0 102.1 0.65% 圧 搾油 1.85 172.4 102.3 0.79% (圧搾 油は一次搾 り油80%,二 次搾 り油20%) 原油の吸収 スペク トルを 図一1に 示す。 原油はいずれ も同 じ形状 の吸収曲線を示す 。可視部で は610お よび670mμ に明らかな吸収極大 を示 し,か な りの量の葉緑素誘導体(フ ェオフ ィチンA)の 存在が 認め られる。また420, 445, 475mμ に も吸収極大が あ り カロチノイ ド色素に よるもの と思われ る。 紫 外 部 では 270mμ 付近 に吸収極大 があ り,共 役 トリエ ンに よるも の と考え られ る。吸収の強 さは圧搾法原油の方が強 く圧 搾一次搾 り油 と抽 出法原油がほ とんど同じであ った。 圧搾法原油の各精製工程の吸収スペク トルを 図一2に 示す 。脱酸では吸収 スペク トルの形状 はほ とん ど変 らな いが,活 性 白土を2%使 用 して脱色すれば可視部 の吸収
