The results showed that approximately 80% of respondents were aware in everyday living of a Bruno Taut-designed intention to embrace the concept of outdoor living space in the building layout. Those with higher awareness tended to value the landscape-friendly asymmetrical design implemented to create space with subtle variations in house. 1. はじめに 2008年ユネスコ世界文化遺産に指定されたドイツの 建築家のブルーノ・タウト(以下タウト,1880~1938) が中心となり設計した,1925~31 年に建設のブリッツ の馬蹄形住宅を中心とした大規模住宅団地がある。そ の中で馬蹄形集合住宅の配置と中庭の先行研究の文 献等調査の中で,馬蹄形住宅と形態が異なるが,タウ トの設計意図が深く表現されている,馬蹄形住宅周辺 に配置した連棟住宅等に焦点を当てた。居住空間は家 の中から風景を外に広げた住まいを作り出すという思 想を屋外居住空間(Außenwohnraum)という考えを持 ち設計していることを探りあてた。そこで,タウトの 設計意図をどのように居住者が感じているかを明らか にし,集合住宅の建物配置と建物と屋外空間のより良 いあり方の基礎的知見を得ることを目的とした。 2. 研究方法 ブリッツ大規模住宅団地(Großsiedlung Britz)は,馬蹄 形住宅が扇の要で,それを中心に連棟住宅と 3 階建て 住宅等が配置されているが,その馬蹄形住宅の周辺建 物の一連の配置設計思想を持った設計の 1・2 期 6 期を 研究対象エリアとした。2014・15 年に連棟住宅等の建 物と屋外空間等の現地調査をした(図‐1)。更にタウ トの屋外居住空間等の設計思想を巻末等の文献 とヒ アリングにて整理・把握し,居住者にその内容を確認 するためにアンケートとヒアリングを実施した。 3. 結果と考察 (1) 属性等 回収率は 11%の 100 戸,年齢構成 40・50・60 歳は全 て 20%以上で,20・30・70・80 代以上が約 10%以下で, 全世代意見を集約できた。入居年は世界遺産登録後の 居住者が一番多く約 40%で 1971 年から調査時点まで が 95%を占めた。 1:日大理工・教員・まち 図‐1 ブリッツ第 1・6期連棟住宅の建 平成 29 年度 日本大学理工学部 学術講演会予稿集
