Objective: We aimed to retrospectively evaluate the clinicopathological features of patients diagnosed with primary gastrointestinal tract (GIT) lymphoma between 2007 and 2017 at the Medical Department of Pamukkale University Faculty of Medicine and compare it with the literature. Patients and Methods: Seventy-five patients diagnosed with primary GIT lymphoma between 2007 and 2017 at the Medical Pathology Department of Pamukkale University Faculty of Medicine were evaluated retrospectively. Results: The mean age of patients at the time of diagnosis was 61.1 ± 13.6 (23-89) years and the female to male ratio of patients was 2/3. The most frequently symptoms were abdominal pain (46.7%), weight loss (40%), nausea and vomiting (13.3%).
