Se exponen en este trabajo los resultados de un largo periodo de observación de un caso de transexualismo femenino. Se realiza el psicodiagnóstico, mediante estrategias clínicas, para determinar si se trata realmente de transexualismo y no de intersexualidad flsica o anomalía genética. Además, se establece el diagnóstico diferencial con el travestismo y el lesbianismo, y se examina finalmente el equilibrio psíquico del sujeto. Se concluye con una propuesta terapéutica, iniciada ya durante la fase observacional.Results obtained from a long observation period in a case of feminine transsexualism are presented. The psychodiagnosis was made by means of clinical strategies, in order to determine whether it was really a case of transsexualism and not physical intersexuality or genetic anomaly. Moreover, the differential diagnosis was made with transvestism and lesbianism, and lastly the psychic balance of the subject was examined. It concludes with a goal-setting therapy wich was already started during the observational phase
