The social and educational scene, the loss of «authority» and «resource» for parents and teachers, the very demands on teachers and discontinuous institutional initiatives do see the training needs for teachers and psychoeducationalist. After verifying that school learning is a personal and social construction is reasonable to rethink coexistence in schools and the type of curriculum. We argue for a coexistente curriculum that includes the social com- petence and the citizen competence in a specific subject, of integrated manner in the school. It then explains how not to be the training of teachers and psychoeducationalist and offers some general guidelines. The proposal for teacher and psychoeducationalist training at the University Jaume I is characterized by being experiential, open, practical, professional, committed, consistent, supervised and portfolio evaluation.El escenario social y educativo, la pérdida de «autoridad» y de «recursos» de padres y pro- fesores, las sobreexigencias sobre los docentes y las discontinuas iniciativas institucionales hacen ver las necesidades formativas de docentes y psicopedagogos. Tras verificar que el aprendizaje escolar es una construcción personal y social, resulta lícito repensar la convivencia en los centros escolares y el tipo de currículo. Se defiende un currículo de la convivencia que incluya de forma integrada la competencia social y la competencia ciudadana en una mate- ria específica, integrada en el centro de forma transversal. A continuación, se comenta cómo es la formación del profesorado y se ofrecen algunos criterios generales. La propuesta de formación de profesores y psicopedagogos en la Universidad Jaume I se caracteriza por ser experiencial, abierta, práctica, profesional, comprometida, coherente, supervisada y con evaluación por portafolios
