The sentence No. 228/2014, on 10th September, of the Provincial Court of A Coruna (Section 6) rejects the appeal interposed against the sentence of the Court of First Instance and Instruction No. 1 of Padron, on 12th April 2013. The first sentence condemned the owner of a hunting preserve to indemnify a driver and its insurance company because of the damages caused by a wild boar, coming from a hunting preserve, which stormed the road and was knocked down by the vehicle. The second sentence, therefore, ratifies the interpretation of the first judge and supports the responsibility of the hunting preserve’s owner, considering the accident as a direct consequence of the hunting action.
