The practice of corporate Cross-border M&A (Merger and Acquisition) indicates that the merger is the key of Chinese corporate Cross-border M&A and the cultural integration is the core proposition. The Cross-border M&A integration of Chinese enterprise not only faces competitions among differential corporate enterprises, but also suffers the obstacles of different national cultures, i.e. the obstacle of “dual different cultures”.
