Users’ satisfaction is influenced by confirmation and perceived usefulness. Perceived usefulness, in turn, is influenced by confirmation, while confirmation is affected by Internet self-efficacy. Internet self-efficacy has been shown to have not a significant impact on perceived usefulness and confirmation.</span
