Přispěvek prezentuje dilci, připravne analýzy ICT kompetenci ucitele v kontextu sirsiho celku výzkumu informacnich a komunikacnich technologii v praci ucitelů zakladnich skol. Pozornost je věnovana modernim přistupům operacionalizace ICT kompetenci ucitele do praktickeho ramce v nadnarodnim měřitku a modelu ICT kompetenci vytvořeneho organizaci UNESCO. Nasim hlavnim cilem je vytvořit zaklad pro navrh výzkumných tvrzeni, ktera by umožnila identifikovat stěžejni segmenty zaměrů ucitelů a jejich souvisejicich potřeb pro efektivni uplatněni ICT ve vlastni výuce.
