Gereç ve Yöntem: 18 spastik diplejik SP’li çocuk kontrol ve çalışma grubu olmak üzere ikiye ayrıldı. Kontrol grubu 6 hafta boyunca haftada 3 kez olacak şekilde genel fizyoterapi aldı. Çalışma grubuna ise genel fizyoterapiye ek olarak kuadriseps kası üzerine YVKGS uygulandı. Hastaların motor gelişim düzeyi Kaba Motor Fonksiyon Ölçümü (KMFÖ), hareket kalitesi Kaba Motor Performans Ölçümü (KMPÖ), alt ekstremitede eklem açıklıkları gonyometre, alt ekstremitede kas kuvveti manuel kas testi, hamstring kısalığı mezura ve hamstring spastisitesi Modifiye Ashworth Ölçeği (MAÖ) ile değerlendirildi. Ayrıca çocukların 1 dakikada yürüdükleri mesafe ve attıkları adım sayıları kaydedildi.
