ÖZET Amaç: Aynı hastanede daha önce yapılan bir çalışmada, 2013-2014 sezonunda personelin mevsimsel grip aşısı (MGA) ve hepatit B virüsü (HBV) aşısı konusunda eğitim ve motivasyona ihtiyacı olduğu saptanmıştır. Gerekli eğitici faaliyetlerden sonra yeniden değerlendirme yapılması hedeflenmiştir. Bu çalışma ile hastanede bağışıklama konusundaki sorunların çözümünde elde edilen başarının değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.
