Bevacizumab metastatik kolon kanserli hastalarda standart kemoterapiye ek olarak kullanilan, vaskuler endotelyal bu- yume faktorune baglanarak etkisini gosteren monoklonal bir antikordur. Siklikla tolere edilebilir yan etkileri olmasina rag- men tromboemboli riskini artirdigi bilinmektedir. Bu yazida sunulan olguda, bevacizumab tedavisi almakta iken siddetli basagrilari ortaya cikan hasta, yapilan incelemeler sonucunda serebral venoz tromboz tanisi aldi. Serebral venoz tromboz bu tedavinin cok nadir gorulen komplikasyonudur ve norolo- jik muayene bulgulari normal olsa bile ayirici tanida mutlaka akilda tutulmalidir.
