Within the framework of the proposed uni ed proton ordering model for the ferroelectric compounds of the\udKH₂PO₄ family, in the four-particle cluster approximation for the short-range interactions and mean  eld approximation\udfor the long-range interactions, we calculate thermodynamic and longitudinal dynamic characteristics\udof the KD₂PO₄ type ferroelectrics and ND₄D2PO₄ type antiferroelectrics. Calculations for partially\uddeuterated K(H₁₋xDx)₂PO₄ type ferroelectrics and N(H1₋xDx)₄(H₁₋xDx)₂PO₄ type antiferroelectrics are\udperformed within the mean crystal approximation. It is shown that at the proper choice of the theory parameters,\uda good quantitative description of experimental data for the KH₂PO₄ family crystals is obtained.В рамках запропонованої унiфiкованої протонної моделi сегнетоактивних сполук сiм’ї KH₂PO₄ в наближеннi чотиричастинкового кластера за короткосяжними i середнього поля за далекосяжними взаємодiями розраховано термодинамiчнi та поздовжнi динамiчнi характеристики сегнетоелектрикiв типу KD₂PO₄ та антисегнетоелектрикiв типу ND₄D2PO₄. Розрахунок частково дейтерованих сегнетоелектрикiв типу K(H₁₋xDx)₂PO₄ та антисегнетоелектрикiв типу N(H1₋xDx)₄(H₁₋xDx)₂PO₄, проведено в наближеннi середнього кристалу. Показано, що при належному виборi мiкропараметрiв запропонована теорiя дає добрий кiлькiсний опис експериментальних даних для сегнетоактивних сполук сiм’ї KH₂PO₄
