細谷達也氏(株式会社村田製作所) 【質問5】 図 2 などで、インダクタを短絡している図があ るが、等価回路として誤解を生じやすいと考えます。どの ような等価回路,回路方程式を想定しているのか? 【回答5】 直流インダクタ(10mH)の内部抵抗を10m, ス イッチングデバイス(CM150RX-12A の IGBT と逆並列ダイ オードを直列に使用する)の順方向降下電圧を電流値に依 らず 3.85V 一定(IGBT:VCE=1.9V@75A/125°C時, 逆阻止ダ イオード:VEC=1.95@75A/125°C時), 直流インダクタ電流 の初期値を 10A とし、一変調周期(100sec)後の同電流を 計算すると 9.96A 程度となります。このように、一変調周 期における電流の減少は非常に小さいことから、図2~4に 示すように『短絡』と考えても差し支えないと判断してお ります。なお、ご指摘を踏まえて本文 2・2 節には、動作 モードの回路図(図2~4)は『直流インダクタの内部抵抗な どを省略している』ことを追記致しました。
