This Study aimed at finding the new-aging support policy in local government through establishing the role of the 50 Plus Center. The results showed that the new seniors had higher social participation needs than the old seniors. But existing institutions like Senior Center were lacking such a role. Therefore, 50 Plus Center that is the first public institution to retired citizens of Seoul should focus on Life Design Education and Community Involvement Education.
