Thepurposesofthisstudyweretoobservetheeffectsoftheexerciseprogramswhichhave differentorderofwalkingandresistanceexercisesonthecompositionoftheabdominalfatand thebloodlipidprofilesoftheobesecolegewomenandtoprovidebasicmaterialsforthe developmentofmoreeffectiveandmoreefficientexerciseprogram inordertoreduceand preventobesity.Classificationofgroup,"A"group(resistanceexerciseafteraerobicexercise) isagroupof12people,"B"group(resistanceexerciseafteraerobicexercise)isagroupof12 people.Todeterminetheabdominalfat,intestinefatarea,subcutaneousfatarea,ratioof intestinefatarea/subcutaneousfatareawereanalyzed,whileforthebloodlipidprofiles,total cholesterol,triglyceride,highdensitylipidprotein,andlowdensitylipidproteinwereanalyzed.
