This study examines how the president's transformative leadership in community child-care centers influence organizational effectiveness through the mediation of teachers' self-efficacy. Survey has been conducted on teachers who work in community child-care centers in the Kwangju and Jeonnam region. The data is analyzed using Factor Analysis, Structural Equation Modeling and structural equation Modeling in order to test the relationship among the president's transformative leadership, teachers' self-efficacy, and organizational effectiveness. The results indicate that the transformative leadership of the president has a positive and significant effect on both teachers' self-efficacy and organizational effectiveness. Moreover, teachers' self-efficacy mediates the relationship between transformative leadership and organizational effectiveness.
