要 旨:最 近5年3カ 月間 に,東 京医科歯科大学歯学部附属病院第1口 腔 外科で 行なわれた切除手術(照 射 群31例,対 照群14例),お よび病理解剖(照 射群1例)で 得 られた成熟下顎骨 を対象 とし,口 腔癌放射線治療 後 の放射線骨障害 の病態 を病理組織学的(脱 灰染色標本,お よびmicroradiography),な らびにX線 学的(摘 出 物X線 写真)に 観察 した。そ の結果 を要約す る と次の通 りで ある。 1.歯 周組織 では歯槽骨 の高度 な不規則 な吸収 が認 め られ た。 2.骨 膜で は骨芽細胞,線 維細胞 の減少傾 向,線 維 の硝子化 がみ られ た。 3.皮 質お よび骨梁 の吸収 性変化 として,不 規則,奇 妙 な形態 の吸収,骨 小腔 の拡大 な どが観察 され た。 4.骨 細胞 の障害 の表現 として,空 の骨小腔 な らび に核 を認 めえない骨小腔 の数 の割合 を求 めた。 そ の結
