Conceptualización de la niñez desde la lectura de las políticas públicas en infancia

The aim of present article is to reflect with respect to the social policies of mental health which have been implemented at present toward infancy. It briefly covers the changes through history of the concept of an infant and then applies these concepts to analyse programs of mental health centered onf infancy.
