48 Primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC), a chronic cholestatic autoimmune liver disease, may be associated with autoimmune diseases especially with Sjögren syndrome and autoimmune thyroiditis.1 In the literature, case reports have been reported on lung involvement of PBC such as mild airflow obstruction, pulmonary hemorrhage.2 Here, we present a case diagnosed as sarcoidosis coexisting with PBC autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) overlap syndrome.
