We reported two cases of chronic arsenical poisoning diagnosed with multiple malignant skin tumors.Case 1: A 69-year old man presented Bowen's disease on his right chest and SCC on his left ear. He also had lung and esophageal cancer. He had ingested arsenic as pesticide appoximately fifty years ago.Case 2 : A 72-year old man from China had noticed diffuse pigmentation on his trunk and extremities since he was twenty years old. He underwent surgery for the removal of a laryngeal cancer last year. Biopsy of the skin lesion on his abdomen revealed SCC and that on his left arm confirmed the diagnosis of Bowen's disease.
