Bulgular: Hastanemizde üç yıllık sürede 3184 doğum gerçekleşmiştir. Doğumların 2333’ü vajinal doğum, 851’i sezaryen doğum ile gerçekleşmiştir. Üç yıllık sezaryen oranımız %26,7 (851 hasta), 2011’de 185 (%24), 2012’de 326 (%24), 2013’de 340 (%32) hastanın sezaryen ile doğumu gerçekleştirilmiştir. En sık tespit edilen sezaryen endikasyonu %60,6 (516 hasta) ile eski sezaryen olmuştur. Primer sezaryen oranı ise üç yılda %10,5 (335) ile ülkemiz ortalamasının altında bulunmuştur ve kliniğimizde azalma eğilimindedir.
