Aim: To determine the nurses, who are working in neonatal intensive care, knowledge about clustered care and the affecting factors. Methods: 93 neonatal nurses were included in the study. In the collection of the study data, The demographic features form and The knowledge level form clustered care were used. Results: The rate of nurses who receiving training for neonatal intensive care from the was 67.7%, and the rate of those receiving training on the individualized developmental care of the newborn is 21.5%. Nurses who received training for individualized developmental care and neonatal intensive care, had a high education level and had a long working period in NICU, had higher knowledge level scores for collective care. Conclusion: As a result, the education level of the nurses working in the neonatal intensive care unit, the experience and the trainings they have received in the NICU affect the information about clustered care that plays a critical role in the care of the newborn and is used frequently by the nurses. For this reason, it is thought that the education needs of nurses working in neonatal intensive care units will be determined and their knowledge regarding collective care will increase with the trainings provided.
