In the article on the study of the norms of national legislation, the opinions of scientists, the analysis of the administrative and legal nature of the provision of public order and security of citizens by the internal affairs bodies in the conditions of mass events is carried out. On the basis of the conducted research, scientifically based proposals and recommendations aimed at improving the provision of public order and safety of citizens by the internal affairs bodies in the conditions of mass events are formulated.
