Une figurine inédite de l’Ashmolean Museum d’Oxford pose le problème de son identité (singe ou créature mixte?) et de son usage dans la Béotie antique. La ressemblance de l’objet avec d’autres de l’époque classique confirme sa dimension amusante mais également très ambiguë car la figure pourrait tenir une offrande dans ses mains.
