The local television channels are means for the socialization of contents that reflect the daily life and traditions of the place where it is framed. The processing of audiovisual information on local television is an area that has been little addressed since scientific production. There is a shortage of tools and instruments in the methodological order to diagnose the processing of audiovisual information on local television. There are specific techniques and procedures that allow the processing of information, but that are limited to traditional technical documentary processes: classification, cataloging, indexing and summary.
