The present study investigated the impact of various personal variables on organizational commitment of employees working at different hierarchical levels. Age, gender, education level, and years of experience were studied as the personal variables. The study sample consisted of 137 employees who work for a public organization in Saudi Arabia, resulting in a response rate of 74.5 percent. The three component model of organizational commitment was used to measure the level of organizational commitment. The one-way Analysis of Variance indicated that the only significant difference in organizational commitment mean scores was found when age and education level groups were the independent variables.
