ÖZET Tüberküloz, her doku ve organı tutabilen çok geniş klinik spektruma sahip bir hastalıktır. Elli yedi yaşında olgumuz larenks ödemi sonrasında milyer tüberküloz şeklinde karşımıza çıktı. Tüberkülozun seyrinde septik şok gelişti. Antitüberküloz tedavisi ile septik şok düzelirken trombositopeni gelişti. Tedaviden rifampisin çıkartıldığında trombositopenisi düzeldi. Olgumuzu tüberkülozun hem karşımıza geliş şekillerini hem de komplikasyonlarını irdelemek için burada sunmayı uygun bulduk.
