In this paper we introduce a new numerical Finite Volumes model for shallow water flows and the simulation of long waves propagation in the coastal area. The use of a recent well-balanced scheme allows to accurately take into account strong variations of topography. A well-suited algorithm for wetting and drying phenomenon leads to an accurate and robust computation of the moving shoreline in a 2DH framework.
