1.背景と目的 変形性膝関節症は高齢者の代表的な膝疾患の一つであ り,最 終的には痛みにより歩行することが困難となる.変 形性膝関節症の原因として,膝 関節に過度な負担がかかる ことが挙げられている.そ こで本研究では,日 常生活で最 も負担のかかる階段昇降に着目し,症 状進行を緩和するこ とを目的としたアシス トロボッ トを開発する. 関節にかかる負担を表す指標 として関節間力が用いられ ている.そ のため,階 段昇降時の関節間力を測定すること で階段昇降時に膝関節にかかる負担を知ることができる. そこで,関 節間力を測定することでアシス ト方法の提案 を行 う. 2.実 験と結果 膝関節間力を測定す るために,3次 元位置計測装置 (VICON512),床 反力計,筋 電計を用いた.実 験条件として, 階 段寸 法 は踏 面30[cm],蹴 上15[cm],昇 降速 度 は 45,55,65,75,85,95[step/min]とした.ま た,動 作の試行は5回 ずつ行った.Fig.1に 実験の様子を示す,筋 骨格モデルω を用いて計算を行った.運 動解析を行 うマーカーを5個(大 腿骨外側上方,大 腿骨外側上顆,腓 骨頭,脛 骨外果,長 指) 用いて,実 験を行った.
