Being visually impaired or a computer illiterate have always being a barrier for people to use computer to perform their tasks in an easy, efficient and quick way. However, mobile is not only a necessity of everyone today but is convenient to be operated by anyone and everyone. This paper discusses a system wherein the user will be able to type text on computer by providing a voice input through his mobile phone. General Terms Speech Recognition
