1. ABSTRACT A low Noise amplifier is an extraordinary family member of electronic amplifiers used frequently in the field of wireless communication systems. In case of wireless systems, the core task of LNA is to capture the received signal directly from the antenna and amplify this weak noisy signal in such a manner that its noise level is minimized to a certain threshold. In other words, gain of the amplifier is assumed to be kept to a certain desirable level in order to maintain lowest possible noise figure thus enabling enhanced spectrum for the support of wireless infrastructure.
