kP a 看護教育機関では通常、アンプルからの注射薬 液吸い上げの手技は、薬液の汚染防止のため無菌 操作による方法を教育している。ここでいう無菌 操作とは、アンプルカット面への注射針接触不可、 注射器内筒への手指接触不可を指している。しか し、臨床現場ではいずれの無菌操作も厳守されて いない。アンプルには厚みがあるため針の接触に よる薬液汚染の危険は低く、注射器内筒への手指 接触については微生物学的実験により衛生学的手 洗いおよび消毒を行うことで薬液汚染の危険を低 減できることを実証した1)。また、無菌操作で教 育された学生が非無菌的な方法で注射薬液吸い上 げを行うと注射器最大内圧は大きくなり所要時間 は短縮した2)。そこで本稿では、初心者に無菌操 作と非無菌操作による方法を練習させ、注射内圧 の最大値、所要時間、測定波形から手技の効率性 を比較した。 -35 -30 -25 -20 -15 -10 -5 0 5
