(1)被験者 大阪市に住み,大 阪市シルバー人材センターに 登録 している65歳以上の男女28名 である ・性別の内訳:男 性17名 ,女 性11名 ・平均年齢:70 .7歳(SD=5.00) 65才―69才:12人,70才 ―74才:12人 75才―70才:2人,80―84未 満:1人 85才―89才 未満:1人 (2)インタビュー内容 電化製品の操作に関す る実態 を調べるために インタビュー調査を行った.1 エアコン,2 電気 ポ ット,3 ラジカセ,4ATM,5 コピー機 の5製 品 に関して,下 記の質問を行った. a)製品の使いやす さの 一対比較 5製 品による一対の組み合わせ10通 りについて どちらが使いやすいと感 じるかを回答 させる b)製品の使用頻度 5製 品の 日常生活での使用頻度 を回答させる c)製品の操作手順 5つ の製品を順番に指示 し、被験者 自身が想像す る操作手順 を回答 させ る.
